Terms and Conditions

1. OBJECT AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION
These General Conditions regulate the access, attendance, and behavior of users (hereinafter, the “Attendees”) at the events organized by TERRA MUSIC & EVENTS, S.L.
The purchase of a ticket and/or access to the venue implies full acceptance of these conditions.

2. ACCESS TO THE VENUE AND ADMISSION CONTROL
Access to events will be subject to the right of admission, exercised in accordance with current regulations regarding public entertainment.

In this regard, the organization may deny access or permanence in the venue to anyone who:

  • Is in a state of intoxication
  • Carries, consumes, or shows signs of having consumed narcotic substances or any kind of illegal substance
  • Provokes or incites disturbances, alterations of order, or uncivil behavior
  • Has been involved in previously proven incidents or disturbances

Likewise, entry and/or permanence is restricted for those who breach the rules established by the organization or applicable legislation.

3. SECURITY RULES
To ensure the safety of all Attendees:

  • It is strictly prohibited to bring alcohol, illegal substances, weapons, or any dangerous objects into the venue.
  • All Attendees may be subject to security checks and personal or belonging searches at the entrance, in accordance with current regulations on public entertainment and private security.
  • Refusal to submit to these checks will result in denial of access to the event.

4. IDENTIFICATION OF ATTENDEES
It is mandatory for all Attendees to carry their ID (DNI) or another valid, original official identification document.

The organization reserves the right to request this documentation at any time to verify the identity or age of the Attendee.

5. TICKETS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Ticket validity

  • Access will not be permitted with torn, damaged, or suspected counterfeit tickets. In such cases, the organization reserves the right to deny access.
  • The organization is not responsible for tickets that are stolen, lost, or purchased outside of official sales channels.

General policy

  • The ticket grants the right only to access the corresponding event
  • No refunds are allowed except in the case of total cancellation

6. CONDUCT DURING THE EVENT
The Attendee agrees to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior.
The organization may expel from the venue, without the right to a refund, any person who violates these rules or disrupts the normal progress of the event.

7. IMAGE RIGHTS AND EVENT RECORDING
The audience attending the events organized by TERRA MUSIC & EVENTS, S.L. acknowledges and accepts that these may be subject to image capture, audiovisual and/or sound recordings by the organization or authorized third parties during their celebration.

Consequently, the attendee expressly authorizes TERRA MUSIC & EVENTS, S.L. to capture, reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, and make available to the public their image, voice, and, where applicable, name, in any format or medium, both current and future, for informational, promotional, advertising, and commercial purposes related to the events and the organization’s activities.

This authorization:

  • Is granted free of charge
  • Has worldwide scope
  • Is granted for an indefinite period or, in any case, for the maximum time allowed by applicable legislation

Includes the possibility of assignment or communication to third parties, such as sponsors, media, digital platforms, or social networks, for the same purposes described.

The images and recordings may be used individually or jointly, incorporated into promotional materials, advertising campaigns, digital content, live broadcasts (streaming) or delayed broadcasts, as well as in any other medium or broadcasting channel.

The attendee accepts that their participation in the event necessarily implies their possible appearance in such content, including images where they may be identifiable, without this generating any right to financial compensation.

All this without prejudice to the right of attendees to exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection, in accordance with current data protection regulations.

8. RECORDING AND USE OF RECORDING EQUIPMENT
It is strictly prohibited to record, broadcast, or film the event with professional equipment without prior and express authorization from the organization.

9. MINORS
Minors under 16 years of age must access the event accompanied by a responsible adult and provide the corresponding authorization signed by their parents or legal guardians. The organization may establish additional conditions depending on the nature of the event.

10. LIABILITY
TERRA MUSIC & EVENTS, S.L. is not responsible for:

  • Losses, thefts, or damage to personal objects
  • Incidents caused by third parties
  • Situations of force majeure

11. ACCEPTANCE OF CONDITIONS
Access to the event implies full acceptance of these General Conditions.
